Process Control Equipment has six fully operational valve automation centres where we have been actuating valves for over 30 years. We operate in-house valve modification allowing response to quick turnaround requirements. Our automation experts provide the right valve, with the right actuator, ensuring one point of responsibility.

  • Adaptation for automation.
  • Valve packing and gasket changes.
  • Valve stem extensions.
  • Valve end machining (SW/NPT; General End/RF; General End/RTJ).
  • Butt weld schedule machining.
  • Degreasing for oxygen applications.
OUR ACTUATION CAPABILITIES
  • Pneumatic – scotch yoke, rack & pinion and linear actuators, double acting, and spring return.
  • Electric – quarter turn and multi-turn, AC and DC voltage, weatherproof, explosion proof, fire safe.
  • Gearboxes – quarter turn and multi-turn.
  • Chain wheels – safety chain wheels and hammer blow chain wheels.
